OR Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) from a recognized board. OR Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by any name) from a recognized board. Additional Requirements: Must have qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE. Must have passed Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or English as a subject at the Secondary level.
Assistant Teacher Primary (New Delhi Municipal Council NDMC)	125		Senior Secondary (12th pass) with at least 50% marks (relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board. A 2-year Diploma in Primary Education / Certificate Course in ETE / JBT / DIET / B.El.Ed. from a recognized institution. Must have studied and passed Hindi as a subject in Class 10th.
